Goodbye 2020 Hello 2021!
With 2020 now a not so distant memory or nightmare, we can all breath a collective sigh of relief. Last year was extremely challenging for us and our customers. Oddly enough it was restocking product that was most challenging to us as delays permeated all of last year. This year will bring it own set of challenges but we have worked out the kinks and have changed our processes to make our restocking faster and more efficient. We have also hired our very own social media customer support expert that will help us with late delivery inquires and general customer support. We will also be releasing new colours and a new look website that will run faster and smoother on mobile devices.
I also just want to say thank you to everyone that has supported with patronage last year, and we do apologize if our service was a little lacklustre during the height of the pandemic and lockdown. We have learned many things and will doubling our efforts to fix our customer support service.
