We have noticed one of our email addresses had not been accepting inquires for sometime. We had a look and it seemed there was an issue with our send grid mail system. This has now been rectified and all issues have now been sorted out. If you have any inquiries that could not get through due to this issue you can now resend this email to us and we will sort it out!

Also note that we do not currently support phone support however this will change in the next 2 months as we open a new support team in Sydney. In the meantime you can use our social media including Facebook or instagram to get in touch with one of our support members.
