I’m having issues checking out with Afterpay on my Iphone

If you run into issues while checking out on our mobile site the fastest option is often to try placing the order through the desktop website on a PC or laptop.

You can also try opening the website in a private or incognito browser tab and this will help get around any issues. If you were signed into your account when the issue occurred, please try logging out of your account and placing the order as a guest (without signing in).

I’m receiving error messages while trying to complete my order on a pc/smartphone. What should I do?

In some cases when you experience issues during checkout these errors can be stored in your shopping session. If you’re seeing error messages repeatedly while checking out a quick solution is often to logout of your account and try placing your order in a private browser window without signing into your account. You might also want to try clearing your recent browsing history by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE for Windows users or by selecting Clear History for Mac users.

My AfterPay payment was declined. What should I do?

The Afterpay payment option is provided by Afterpay directly, so we have no control over the acceptance or rejection of payments.

There is a limit of $500 for debit cards and $1500 for credit cards so please keep this in mind if your purchase is not going through.

How does Afterpay work?

Using Afterpay you can pay for your order over 8 weeks. There’s no interest or added fees and nothing to pay up front for returning Afterpay users. Payment is automatically deducted from your credit/debit card in four equal payments each fortnight and your order is shipped as normal, so there’s no waiting like a layby.

 

 Can i use Afterpay?

To use Afterpay you need:

  • A debit or credit card
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • To live in Australia
  • Visa or Mastercard (please note AMEX is not accepted)

When Afterpay is available for your order it will appear as a payment option at the payment screen of checkout. Just follow the steps to make your payment.

If returning products from your order any refunds are adjusted to your final payment schedule. If your entire order is refunded prior to your first payment being charged no payment will be taken for your order.
